The leaching behavior of a copper flotation concentrate was investigated using ammonium persulfate (APS) in an autoclave systee. The decomposition products of APS, active oxygen, and acidic medium were used to extract metals from the concentrate. Leaching experiments were performed to compare the availability of APS as an oxidizing agent for leaching of the concentrate under atmospheric conditions and in an autoclave system. Leaching temperature and APS concentration were found to be important parameters in both leaching systems. Atmospheric leaching studies showed that the metal extractions increased with the increase in APS concentration and temperature (up to 333 K). A similar tendency was determined in the autoclave studies up to 423 K. It was also determined that the metal extractions decreased at temperatures above 423 K due to the passivation of the particle surface by molten elemental sulfur. The results showed that higher copper extractions could be achieved using an autoclave system.  相似文献

水土流失径流养分监测通常采用野外采集后进行实验室分析的方法,操作复杂。为验证离子选择电极这种可快速测量养分的方法在水土流失监测中的可靠性,以氨氮离子选择电极为例,与传统纳氏试剂分光光度法进行比较,在准确度、抗离子干扰及坡面径流迁移规律等方面进行实验。结果表明:电极法测定范围最大值为1000 mg/L,分光光度法测定范围最大值为2 mg/L;用幂函数模型模拟坡面径流氨氮迁移规律时,电极法测定值的拟合系数为0.9537,分光光度法的为0.9305。在95%的置信水平上,两方法结果并无显著性差异,而电极法的标准偏差小,其结果更接近标准值。  相似文献

The flame retardant polypropylene containing the micro-envelope core-shell structure flame retardant, which encapsulated ammonium polyphosphate into melamine-formaldehyde resin and sodium silicate through in situ polymerization was prepared with polyamide 6, added as a carbon-forming agent. The composition of ammonium polyphosphate, encapsulated ammonium polyphosphate with melamine-formaldehyde resin and the micro-envelope core-shell structure flame retardant were characterized. The fire safety and thermal stability were investigated and showed an improvement including limiting oxygen index, thermogravimetric analysis, vertical burning tests, and microscale combustion calorimeter. The burned compounds were also studied to confirm the burning mechanism. The results showed the flame retardant performance had been greatly improved, while polyamide 6 had better char-forming effect. Besides, the water solubility of flame retardants and their influence on the mechanical properties of polypropylene were also investigated. The results on the effects of additives demonstrated a high efficiency flame retardant to polypropylene. A core-shell flame retardant that sodium silicate and melamine-formaldehyde resin-coated ammonium polyphosphate had been constructed. The effect of the built flame retardant system on the combustion performance of polypropylene was studied from the mechanism and performance. The LOI of the most flame retardant polypropylene reached 28.6%, and UL-94 reached the V-0 level.  相似文献

渭河作为黄河的第一大支流正面临日益严重的人类活动的影响。本研究以渭河中下游为研究区,探讨干流和主要支流水化学特征及硝态氮(NO3--N)和铵态氮(NH4+-N)污染状况、沿程变化和可能影响因子。研究结果表明:渭河中下游及其支流水质以铵态氮超标为主。人类活动的影响已经广泛波及流域内干流和支流,部分采样点结果已经接近饮用水标准临界值。对NH4+-N而言,中游和支流流域应以防止点源污染为主,而下游则需全面加强环境保护工作,特别是污水排放的管理。对NO3--N而言,宝鸡和渭南的下游方向将是重点防范区,而支流的水肥合理利用应全面推广。  相似文献

The substrates of conventional flexible perovskite solar cells (FPSCs) are thermoplastic polymer material polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), which will deform during high temperature annealing process. In addition, lead iodide (PbI2) permanently formed and the substrate undergoes reversible deformation from 20 °C to 200 °C and back to 20 °C. Therefore, to balance the substrate supporting capacity and the crystalline quality of narrow band gap α-phase formamidinium lead iodide (α-FAPbI3), an annealing process of 120 °C for 30 minutes is determined. Additionally, there will also be a large number of gaps and lattice strain at the perovskite grain boundaries during the annealing process as the FAPbI3 phase transition is accompanied by much lattice shrinkage. As a result, 1,6-hexanediammonium diiodide (HADI) is chosen to passivate the defects and release the stress of perovskite film. Therefore, a recorded 1.4% extended stretch rate of the flexible film is attained. Finally, the champion PCE of 21.14% under AM 1.5G and 31.52% under 1062 lux is achieved after HADI treatment, accompanied by a better long-term and mechanical stability. This study provides annealing process optimization and stress relief strategies for the further development of narrow band gap FPSCs.  相似文献

Aqueous ammonium ion hybrid supercapacitor (A-HSC) combines the charge storage mechanisms of surface adsorption and bulk intercalation, making it a low-cost, safe, and sustainable energy storage candidate. However, its development is hindered by the low capacity and unclear charge storage fundamentals. Here, the strategy of phosphate ion-assisted surface functionalization is used to increase the ammonium ion storage capacity of an α-MoO3 electrode. Moreover, the understanding of charge storage mechanisms via structural characterization, electrochemical analysis, and theoretical calculation is advanced. It is shown that NH4+ intercalation into layered α-MoO3 is not dominant in the A-HSC system; rather, the charge storage mainly depends on the adsorption energy of surface “O” to NH4+. It is further revealed that the hydrogen bond chemistry of the coordination between “O” of surface phosphate ion and NH4+ is the reason for the capacity increase of MoO3. This study not only advances the basic understanding of rechargeable aqueous A-HSC but also demonstrates the promising future of surface engineering strategies for energy storage devices.  相似文献

碱性条件下,环氧季铵盐1,2-环氧丙基二甲基十二烷基氯化铵(EPQA)与明胶侧链的伯胺基、羟基反应,得到阳离子改性明胶EPQA-GE,核磁共振(~(13)C-NMR、~1H-NMR)及元素分析结果表明,精氨酸、赖氨酸的氨基以及羟脯氨酸的羟基参与了反应,季铵阳离子基团成功引入了明胶结构中。X射线衍射及差示扫描量热分析结果表明,明胶的微观相结构受阳离子含量的影响较大,引入的季铵离子越多,EPQA-GE的近程有序度越高。以水和乙二醇为标准液,测定了阳离子化程度不同的EPQA-GE膜的接触角,并应用Owens-Wendt方程计算了表面自由能,结果显示阳离子基团的引入增加了明胶的亲水性,且随着阳离子化程度增加,膜表面的亲水性增强。抗菌实验结果表明阳离子的引入增加了明胶的抗菌性,EPQA-GE对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌效果优于对革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌性。  相似文献
